By commissioning me, you are stating you have read through and agreed to the following terms.
NFT / AI artwork is strictly prohibited, I will not work with you if you are seeking artwork for any of these purposes and/or are heavily involved in these.Process
Please contact me via my e-mail provided of DM on Twitter, please allow 2-3 business days for me to get back to you! (Excluding weekends). After this I will confirm and discuss the commission with you, then you will be placed in a queue if there are others ahead.Updates will be provided as progress is made, you can request more frequent updates at any time! A general estimated time for the finished commission are between a few weeks to a few months depending on the commission type and complexity as well as your queue in my commission slot.Revisions
You may request any type of revision during the sketch phase! This includes simple changes from clothing, hair, eyes to big changes such as new poses.Revisions done during the lineart and final stages of the commission will be subjected to a fee of 25%-50% of the commission price. This excludes all simple edits such as color changes, gradients, simple background changes (if pattern, solid color, ect)Payment
All payments will be made via Invoice on PayPal or through my ko-fi commission page.If paying via invoice you will be required to send half of the payment up-front then the other half once the sketch is finalized.If paying via ko-fi you will be required to pay the full commission price up front (Provide your email address and/or twitter handle for me to send updates!)Cancellation And Refund Policy
If I have not started your commission, you may cancel or back out at any time, free of charge, no questions asked! If I have started your commission you will not receive a refund.If I, the artist need to cancel on your commission for any reason, you will be given a full refund. You may also request a refund if I have taken over the estimated time to complete your commission!Delivery and Posting
The commissioner will not receive any physical products! This is Digital goods ONLY. Once the commission is paid for, you will receive high resolution PNG files of your commission, PSD files with separate background are available upon request only!I, SekiArt retain rights to the artwork and may use the finished pieces in my portfolio and social media. If you wish for your piece to stay anonymous you may request this before the commission is finished.You, the commission are NOT allowed to claim credit for the artwork, alter the piece (cropping for Avatar/Profile pictures are fine!), sell the artwork as merchandise, mint as an NFT or any other forms of cryptocurrency, or feed the piece in AI generators.The commissioner is allowed to use their piece for personal usage, from profile pictures, profile banners, posting on social media. Please make sure the artist (_SekiArt) is credited!

Credit is always required.⮞ Includes PSD file with all layers ready for rigging! I'm a beginner still, I will do cutting and revisions needed if your rigger requests changes for free!⮞ I only work with visual references! Please have a sketch, reference sheet, ect ready.
